How these rankings work
Each pal has 1–4 stars of suitability for any work it's capable of. Higher = more output per cycle at that job. We rank everyone with non-zero suitability and group by level: S = Lv. 4, A = Lv. 3, B = Lv. 2, C = Lv. 1. Ties broken by base attack. What to do once you've picked your workers
Suitability picks the pal. Passives and base layout pick the throughput. The Workhorse build — Artisan, Lucky, Workaholic, Diet Lover — multiplies any worker's output, and base layout determines how often they actually work instead of walking or getting stuck.
